Hokie Football is just one week a way. The first home game of the year is next Saturday, which means diehard fans are on the lookout for the latest Hokie apparel.

And, two stay at home mom s are "dying" to make something for you. Allison Haynes and Meredith Shealor are best friends, former teachers, crazy for the Hokies and now, love to tie dye. Last football season they wanted to make cute Hokie clothes for their kids.

"We got together Friday night before the game and started tie dying. And took them to the tailgate Saturday, and it spiraled," said Allison Haynes. Those gameday Hokie fans couldn t get enough of the outfits.

"We couldn t walk anywhere everybody was shopping us going where can we get those, where we can find them. And so we were like ding ding ding. We should try and stay home and market this," said Meredith Shealor.

And so, Home Team Tie Dye was born. Within a week they were mass producing kid and adult size tie dye shirts and sweatshirts. There s even an outfit for the family dog.

The two try to make 20 to 50 shirts a day.
