LONDON (Reuters) - Pension trustees at Alliance Boots are preparing to go to court to block a takeover of the health and beauty group by private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts Co, the Sunday Telegraph reported.
The report said it understood that lawyers for the trustees had concluded they can appeal at a court hearing on Jun. 21, which will look at a scheme of arrangement for the deal, the newspaper said without giving sources.
No-one at Boots could be reached for comment.
