Phil Spector Trial: Rock Hall of Fame, shoe lifts and hairpieces

Another woman has come out to testify against Phil Spector. Stephanie Jennings claimed Spector held her at gunpoint when she refused his advances.
The setting was a ritzy Manhattan hotel room after the two were partying at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony.
Stephanie Jennings is the third women from the past of music producer Spector to take the stand against him at his murder trial, and she said Spector, while drunk, pulled a handgun on her in 1994 after she refused his 3 a.m.
request to come to his suite.
Prosecutors plan to establish that Spector had a habit of menacing women when they refused his romantic advances.

The crime he is on trial for is the murder/death of Lana Clarkson at his mansion in 2003.
The theory is Clarkson, 40, was just trying to leave Spector the night she died.
Jennings said in her testimony that she had been carrying on a long-distance relationship with Spector for about a year and a half when he invited her to accompany him to an after-party for the hall of fame's annual induction ceremony.
Jennings testimony included the evening's progression, and Spector allegedly was drinking vodka, becoming "extremely drunk, obnoxious" and "insulting.
She said she was awakened by Spector's bodyguard and Spector, demanding that she join him in his suite.
Spector began giving her ultimatums and telling her she could not leave, following her into the bathroom according to her testimony.
"I don't know if he slapped me or pushed me, but there was a physical altercation," she said.
After an altercation Spector was said to have returned with a gun.
He was pointing the gun "all over the place," including at her, and she was convinced "that I was about to get shot," she said in her sworn testimony.
After her 911 was answered by officers, Jennings decided not to press charges after talking with the hotel manager who allegedly bought her a train ticket back to Philadelphia.
Jennings testified she lost touch with Spector, after keeping in long distance touch by phone when the conversations got nasty.
"They were threatening, calling me names I had not been called before, said I would never work again in Philadelphia," she testified.
Defense lawyer Roger Rosen questioned Jennings about a $1,000 payment she paid by National Enquirer for her story published after Clarkson's death.
Jennings claimed she thought it was for photos she had of the two together.
Rosen confronted her with a disposition transcript Jennings gave earlier claiming she never believed Spector would actually hurt her and thought the gun was part of an effort "to make himself seem like a bigger man."
"I don't recall, but that is along the lines of what I think," she said. That effort also included lifts in his shoes and hairpieces, she said.
She said she was concerned he might "kill her accidentally."

I feel sorry for her mother Donna. She lost a daughter but had to find out her daughter worked as a call girl!

Hey Phil get out that big fluffy wig you wore at the trial's opening day.
That'll really turn on the those animals who've been pumping iron the past twenty years in prison and will soon be pumping you. Then you can be their b+tch for the rest of your short miserable life, (yes it'll be short, just like you, but not bald, it'll be very hairy indeed). And guess what, when they make their threats they'll be making them to you and carrying them out too.
And you won't have any guns or bodyguards or mansion walls to protect you either. Ah, there is justice sometimes and you'll know terror far worse than anything you ever did to the multitudes of women you've bullied over the years. Looks like your detective body guards and the bribe taking active duty cops can't save you from this one.
