Giallanza has to have a strong case to be included this week after a bright return to the first team and Micky Cummins might find his place under threat after yet another poor display against Barnet in which he offered little to the team as a whole. Ngoma could partner Keltie in midfield if Gray decides on a four across the middle of the park. Barry Conlon is expected to be involved in the squad after recovering from flu while Carlos Logan could offer some pace late in the game if given a chance from the bench.
Hartlepool have top scorer and talisman Jon Daly available after a much published appeal led to his red card from last Fridays game against Chester being rescinded. Darren Williams and Ali Gibb could also be available after returning to training this week. Pools have a reasonable home record of 3 wins 2 draws and 2 defeats from 7 games while Darlo have had 2 wins on the road this season.
Hartlepool have only conceded 7 at home this year but goalkeeper Konstantopoulos could have last weeks mistakes on his mind after a jittery performance. Pools have a very different side than the 1 we saw beat Darlo 3-1 in last years Carling Cup tie with the departures of quality players such as Boyd and Butler. I am hopeful we can get at least a point from our shortest away trip of the season.
