A 68-year-old Cache County man died Sunday when he flipped a pickup on a dirt road in Box Elder County. The man, whose name was not released, was ejected from the truck's back window and died at the scene, Box Elder County Sheriff Lynn Yeates said. The man was not wearing a seat belt, Yeates said.
A passenger, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries. Yeates said the man, from Paradise, was driving too fast on a dirt road and overcorrected, causing the 1991 Toyota pickup to flip. Salt Lake City police have arrested a 20-year-old Murray man sought in the stabbing of another man during a weekend brawl.
The man was booked into jail on suspicion of attempted homicide and obstruction of justice. Officers and gang detectives responded to the fight, at 1212 S. 700 West, just before midnight Saturday.
The 24-year-old victim was transported to a local hospital in serious condition with stab wounds to his chest and arm, police said. Officers later found their suspect in Murray.

He had been on the run since 2000, said Lt. Phil Kirk, a department spokesman. Perez-Tinoco was arrested November 1999 on suspicion of stabbing his neighbor in the arm with a kitchen knife, Kirk said, but failed to appear in court.
Perez-Tinoco was booked into Summit County Jail Saturday and has an immigration hold, according to the jail. Police were tipped off to where he was living, Kirk said. Summit County Sheriff's Office detectives are also investigating Perez-Tinoco as a "person of interest" in a rape of a child younger than 12 years old that was reported last week, sheriff's Capt.

Two adults and a teenager were arrested Sunday afternoon for allegedly stealing a truck and burglarizing a car dealership in Woods Cross and breaking into six other vehicles at another dealership in Bountiful. The arrests of a 29-year-old man, a 34-year-old woman and a 15-year-old boy were made about 1 p.
m. outside Larry H. Miller in Bountiful.
The trio admitted to stealing a truck from Murdock Chevrolet and abandoning it at a local Kmart, Bountiful police reported. A half a dozen cars at the Miller dealership also were burglarized and the Chevrolet dealership had been broken into. The adults were booked into the Davis County Jail.
The teenager was booked into the Farmington Bay juvenile detention facility. Orem police reported the theft of two Honda Accords over the weekend, marking it the second week in a row where thieves have targeted the popular Japanese sedan. An owner of a 1987 Honda Accord reported his car stolen Friday night from the Lake Ridge Apartments near 1500 South and 400 West, said Lt.
Doug Edwards. The car was locked and the owner said he had the keys. On Saturday night, a 1990 Honda Accord was reported missing from an apartment on Graff Circle.
The car was later found in Springville, missing its stereo, tires and rims, Edwards said. Four Accords were reported stolen during a 72-hour period the weekend of March 24. Two of those cars were quickly recovered, Edwards said.
A Kearns woman was charged Monday with attempted criminal hsomicide after asking a woman staying in her home to help her carry bags and boxes to a shed in the backyard and then stabbing her multiple times with a kitchen knife. Barbie Fernandez, 28, later admitted to West Valley City police officers that she stabbed the woman in the chest and attempted to slit her throat but she couldn't because the woman's hand was in the way, court documents state. Court records don't state how the woman escaped the attack.
After the attack, Fernandez said she went inside and changed her clothes and washed the knife with bleach. Police found the knife in a kitchen drawer. Fernandez is also charged with obstructing justice.
Both charges are second-degree felonies.
