Anorexia is no longer allowed to hide in the corner. In fact, I have two different anorexia related stories for you kids. Firstly, Keira Knightly is suing the UK Daily News for insinuating that she has been lying about having an eating disorder.

She s skinny, hungry and she s mad as hell! I kid, Keira has always had a rather boyish figure and if she says she doesn t have an ED, then we believe her. We got yo back girl.

In a completely unrelated story that involves yet another very thin superstar, supermodel Gisele Bundchen says that weak families are to blame for the eating disorders that plaque the fashion industry. Gisele says, “I never suffered from this problem because I have a very strong family base. Parents are responsible, not the fashion industry.

” Yeah, because we all know PARENTS make size zero clothes that model and actresses must fit in and PARENTS are the ones that hire 5’11” / 125 pound models for magazine covers. I suppose it was also PARENTS that pulled Renee Zellweger’s magazine cover when she still had the Bridget Jones weight on and pushed the scales at a whopping 130 pounds? I don’t think so Gisele.

(FYI – Gisele is 5’11” and her published weight is 125 pounds but I suspect it’s closer to 115)
Gisele is also quoted as saying, Everybody knows that the norm in fashion is thin, but excuse me, there are people born with the right genes for this profession. Poor Gisele also confessed that as a child she was teased for being skinny and was called horrible names that really hurt her feelings like Olive Oil . (**thats us crying for her in the background.

) In fashion I felt accepted,” she said. “I never felt lonely because I always relied on my family.
