World’s largest athletic-shoe maker Nike has announced that they are promoting Gary DeStefano as the new president of its global operations.
DeStefano would now be reporting to Nike Brand President Charlie Denson. He is currently the head of Nike’s US operations.
In addition, Trevor Edwards, vice president of [ ] Welspun India acquires a majority stake in CHT Holdings Ltd.
Welspun India Ltd. has announced that they are acquiring a 85 per cent stake in CHT Holdings Ltd.
CHT is based in UK and are mostly known for their U.K. s leading towel brand, Christy.
The deal took place with a consideration of Rs. 125 crore and the [ ] Italian leather accessories brand Blue and Blues has announced their plans to enter the Indian market.
The company aims to open up at least 18 exclusive outlets across the country in coming three years.
